  1. What are the Delivery Charges ?

    Delivery charges are charged by the partner courier companies as a fee to deliver your parcel to your doorstep. We undergo a fixed charges policy per packet, thus PKR 250 per packet for normal delivery & PKR 500 for urgent delivery is charged for nationwide deliveries

  2. By what means can payments be made ?

    For online orders, payments can be made either as Cash on Delivery, or by Credit Card/Debit Card/Digital Wallets through integrated payment channels. Online bank transfers are also entertained as IBFTs directly to the bank details mentioned on the website. For physical outlet(s), we have QR payment channel available in addition to the above mentioned payment methods

  3. How long will it take for the order to be delivered ?

    Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days. For urgent deliveries (24-48 hours) please pay delivery charges in advance so timely delivery is ensured

  4. How secure is your online shop ? Is my data protected ?

    Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
